Thanks for all the comments. Didn't think I had lost those 12 kgs all that quickly as someone commented....started in January so that is 6 months. However, I have just met a nutritionist and will be working with her to see if I can reset my metabolism and get some help. I really thought that my keeping below 1500 cal a day it would work - seems I was wrong!
