I'm feeling good today. Drinking heaps of water, eating well and ready for a walk😊

Wondering if anyone takes supplements and if so what do you recommend for energy?
112.7 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 36.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I take a women’s multivitamin that has iron and magnesium and I take b12 because I’m vegan and I take vitamin d. I think just look at your diet and what things you might be missing. If you eat a healthy balanced diet you shouldn’t really need supplements unless there is something specific. My doctor said I was vitamin d deficient (tested) and I know from my diet I don’t get b12. I eat a lot of green leafy veg but I still like the multivitamin to give extra iron as I get bad PMS. Talk to your doctor really you might not need anything.

I have had a lot of blood tests over the last while and I am "ok" for B12 but I think I will supplement it as the "ok" level which was on the lower range may be too low for my optimum. Everything else was normal except for CRP which is inflammation due to injuries so monitoring whether that goes up. Thanks for your advice😊
