My go to treat then is a bowl of oatmeal with banana and cinnamon filling but a healthy alternative to all the sugary carbs. I use almond milk and some stevia for sweetening

Can be a deficit in magnesium. Red Seal have Zinc, B6, Magnesium tablets under $10 a bottle. Or eat just one piece of chocolate, preferably dark. Whittaker’s have some that are square pieces. This might not be the best advice but it really helps and also stops the mental aches. Don’t eat the whole bar!

I like all these suggestions. I keep forgetting about cinnamon, which is yum and can help reduce blood sugar. As I’ve got cholesterol and sugar to reduce and refuse the meds I’m reading all the comments.
