Gone to fortnightly weigh in. Finding it just as hard now to not loose weight as I have all these years to lose it. seems my mind & body have adjusted to this & now need to find a balance...
63.3 kg Lost so far: 37.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Am sure you Will find a way through it’s a process you will discovery new things about yourself I read a book the other day that said rather than ask why questions to ask what questions what is this teaching me
