It's been a weird time for me since before Easter. I've gone consecutive days with not eating anything and my weight was nothing but gain, gain, gain.
Mentally been in a funky spot but all is well. Dr appt this Friday, It was my goal to be 120 or under by then but 25 kgs in 14 weeks is still good imo Agenda now is 120 kgs by Anzac Day and getting back into my fresh veggies and high protein eating plan this week along with some walking.
124.3 kg Lost so far: 24.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
