Cottage Cheese Salad

A low fat cottage cheese salad with onions and tomatoes.

Directions

  1. Combine, nonfat cottage cheese, sliced onions and tomatoes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, put in fridge for 1/2 hour, or eat right away.

I love cottage cheese but adding in the tomato just wasn't for me. The odd color of the cottage cheese after adding in tomato was a turn off. I rated this a 4 because it is still a yummy recipe and I ate it because I hate to waste food.

The best. I would have never thought to add tomatoes and onions to cottage cheese. Yummy!
