Cheese and Ham Omelette

A simple and tasty omelette.

Directions

  1. Beat eggs and cream in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in medium pan.
  3. Pour eggs into the pan and add cheese.
  4. Cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add ham and cover with a lid. Cook for 3 mins.
  6. Add salad just before turning onto a plate.
