Keto Egg Muffin

Keto muffins with eggs, cheese and sausage.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. Crack eggs and add salt and pepper.
  3. Butter or spray the bottom of a muffin pan.
  4. Add cheese to the bottom of pan.
  5. Add sausage.
  6. Pour over beaten eggs.
  7. Top with cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
