- Drain and cut tofu into pieces. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to obtain a smooth texture.
- Poor mixture into a baking pan, introduce the baking pan into another one adding water in between to make a water bath effect.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Let cool down. Cut with a knife into 8 equal pieces at room temperature and refrigerate.
