am trialling coming off metformin was pre diabetic and got my weight diwn from around 100k to 80 gym good nutrition have come off blood pressure meds anti depressants my body fat percentage is 20.4 just over the top end of what is considered healthy range got a body scan legs and arms optimum am now shifting into adding in more calories to build some muscles i am very grateful all this started with a health scare best thing that has happened to me in a way the bodies way of getting my attention i listened wishing all those seekibg to reduce body weight for health reasons fortitude patience and perserverance you can do it

i just had a body scan at gym 20.4%body fat .4% to go to be in the healthy range am 80k but look slender body mass optimum according to stats still cant believe i am writing this off blood pressure meds off metformin for prediabestes well its a 3 month trial off them only pills i am on now are one for gout and x2 statin for cholesterol whoch is on the normal range no alcohol eating really healthy macros 30/35/35 gym 4 day cycle one day off trying to be more bqlqnced with gym was going every day with no days off this was not balanced i realise i was approaching the gym and everything else with the same urgency i started with at the beginning of this journey to healthy weight i can ease up a bit without being complacent i have abs now not completely six pack land bit not far off which is not bad for a 58 year old male do have a little vanity ilthe real deal is having a good degree of functional fitness as i get older i am very grateful for everything its very humbling to be neat acheving what i set out to do i made obsession work for me lol not saying everything i tried was completely balqnced i tried just anoit everything calorie counting paleo imf have settled on a knowing my tdee my bmr and bqlqnced macros using fat secret 3very day religiously to track food calories and macros i do think for m2le no qlcohol is the magic bullet so many empty calories and impqct on physical health i di not kid myself that i can b3 slack now i need to keep my routines and dicipline i find a positive benefit with gym ia the stress relief i get each day after work gym and then all the t3nsion is gone and i am at ease i hope this entry is of encouragement to whoever reads it i have worked really hard there are no half measures you have to be all in one thing i read somewhere quite early on is ...what are you prepared to sacrifice i also found motivational audiobooks really helpful still do essentially brainwashed myself with the key messages that works well
