1 kg down..180.5 lbs...first step as been. positive..no deprivation..3 square meals..pub meal of seafood chowder. favourite in this weather.. I'm going to use autumn and winter to take off 1 lb per week..achievable not daunting... thanks all who support this journey ..I know I'm old school but my mantra regarding daunting task is .I can do anything using the analogy.. an inch is a cinch.. so I'll take off one inch at a time... it has been a good reminder when giving up smoking..dealing with difficult life challenges..I view extra weight I carry directly linked to these challenges..my mind body and soul are aligned ..will see off another pound this week.
