Mini oatmeal muffins with banana, walnuts and chocolate chips make a great breakfast treat.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Mash bananas.
- Mix all ingredients together, except chocolate chips. When mixed well, add chocolate chips.
- Line 12 muffin tin or spray tins. Fill batter in each, filling full.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the edges just start to brown and are firm to the touch.
