Banana Oat Pancake

Easy, health, and filling breakfast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mash the banana.
  2. Mix the mashed banana with the egg.
  3. Add 2tbsp of yogurt (optional).
  4. Add 1/2 cup oat bran.
  5. Put the mix for 10 minutes in the fridge.
  6. Cook in a frying pan for 3 minutes each side.
