Healthy Vegan Banana Nut Mini Muffins

Low in sugar and egg free muffins.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. Chop nuts and add them too.
  2. Mix wet ingredients together in a small bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix by hand until combined.
  4. Put spoonfuls into greased mini muffin trays. Bake on 180 for 10-12 mins until lightly brown.
