Easy and healthy no-bake oatmeal bars that are perfect for breakfast or snacks.

Directions
- Toast the rolled oats for 10 minutes. Slice the dried apricots and crush the milk chocolate into pieces.
- In a pot, melt butter with brown sugar and honey. Stirring in between.
- Mix all the ingredients into a bowl.
- Spread and compress the mixture into a prepared pan.
- Store in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
