Pizzakruste aus Zucchini und Karotten

Directions

  1. Zucchini und Karotten reiben. Salz hinzufügen, gut vermischen und überschüssiges Wasser entfernen.
  2. Zucchini, Karotten, Quark, Eier, Knoblauch und Parmesan zu einer Masse verrühren.
  3. Die Mischung auf einem Pizzateller verteilen und im Ofen bei 200°C backen.
  4. Nehmen Sie die Basis heraus. Schinkenscheiben, Tomaten und Mozzarella werden darauf gelegt. Zurück in den Ofen stellen und fertig backen.
