Lemon Soy Thyme Chicken

Low calorie chicken breast



  1. Mix together fresh chopped thyme, soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice.
  2. Cover chicken breast in this mixture and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Grill with no added fat until cooked and any juices run clear, about 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with a lettuce salad.

I tried this last night. I only had small drums. It was quick easy and tasty. I will prepare and freeze.
