Roasted vegetables - alkaline friendly.



  1. Cube all vegetables into bite size pieces, pop into a big bowl and pour coconut oil over, mix around to coat.
  2. Pop on a tray, season, and bake at 180 °C for 50-60 minutes, till done to your liking.
